West Street, Balgowlah

Our brief related to the subdivision of a Torrens title residence to create two separate dwellings. No changes were to be made to the external envelop of the building, but the internal alterations were extensive to create 2 separate homes.  New stairs were created and relocated from each garage to the first floor and upto the second level for each residence.  New kitchens, bathrooms and laundry were created in both and the conversion of living spaces to bedrooms completed the subdivision.
