The client had previously renovated the rear of the property, living in the old house at the front during the renovations. The modern rear renovation was in stark contrast to the neglected front facade and so when the time came, the client approached MRW to complete the renovations and bring some cohesion to the overall design. The client was encouraged to introduce textures of timber, stone and lazer cut metal to bring organic colour, warmth and texture to an otherwise angular design. DA Approved, under construction.
